The ideal candidate should have experience in construction management software and compliance management.
Duties:
- Develop and implement safety policies and procedures - Conduct safety inspections and audits to identify potential hazards - Investigate accidents and incidents to determine the root cause and recommend corrective actions - Provide safety training to employees and contractors - Ensure compliance with all relevant safety regulations and standards - Maintain accurate safety records and reports - Collaborate with management to develop and implement safety improvement initiatives field - Minimum of 3 years of experience in a safety-related role - Knowledge of construction management software such as Procore or PlanGrid - Familiarity with compliance management systems such as ISNetworld or Avetta - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
