Responsibilities:
- Manage HRIS systems such as UltiPro, SAP, Workday, Taleo, PeopleSoft, Paylocity - Assist with payroll processing and data entry - Conduct new hire orientation and onboarding - Maintain employee files and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures - Manage employee benefits enrollment and administration - Assist with recruitment efforts including job postings, resume screening, and scheduling interviews Skills:
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Strong communication skills both written and verbal - Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint- Knowledge of OSHA regulations and compliance requirements
