Responsibilities:
- Ensure the safety and security of the premises, personnel, and visitors - Conduct regular patrols to monitor for any suspicious activity or violations - Enforce access control procedures and verify identification of individuals entering the premises - Respond promptly to alarms and emergency situations - Maintain accurate logs and reports of incidents and activities - Collaborate with law enforcement agencies as needed - Provide excellent customer service to all individuals on-site
Experience:
- Previous experience in loss prevention, military, law enforcement, or a related field is preferred - Possession of a valid security certificate is a plus - Knowledge of CCTV surveillance systems and their operation - Familiarity with conflict management techniques - CPR and first aid certification is desirable Skills:
- Strong observation and attention to detail - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to remain calm and composed in stressful situations - Proficient in using security equipment and technology We offer competitive pay rates and benefits packages.
