This role will cover Autumn Care of Fayetteville and Autumn Care of Raeford.

Responsibilities:
Bachelor's preferred Must have a Clinical background, Licensed Nurse or Therapist required Skilled nursing facility sales/marketing experience Must be able to organize and self-manage time and responsibilities Requires local travel and some weekend and evening work outside of normal working day Generate referrals for services by building relationships with hospitals, physicians and case managers Cultivating/Maintaining professional relationships in the local healthcare markets, works to build business opportunities to increase market share Meets with referrals and or family to ensure positive admission experience for customers and families Assesses referrals to determine needs and admission criteria for facility Extraordinary customer service to both external and internal customers.
Must be able to develop and follow a strategic business plan to achieve and grow market share Must be technologically savvy with strong computer skills using MS Office, Allscripts, and Curaspan Systems This role will cover Autumn Care of Fayetteville and Autumn Care of Raeford Shifts and Wages:
Full-Time Opportunity Available Salary:
$65,000-$85,000 annually Benefits and Perks :
