The successful candidate will be responsible for tending to the daily needs of the farm, maintaining equipment, harvesting crops, and performing general maintenance tasks.
The ideal candidate will have experience working on a farm and be able to work independently with minimal supervision.
We are looking for someone who is passionate about farming and is committed to providing quality service.
Responsibilities:
Plant, cultivate, and harvest crops.
Maintain farm equipment and machinery.
Operate tractors and other farm machinery.
Perform basic maintenance and repairs on farm equipment.
Keep accurate records when need.
Ensure the safety of all personnel on the farm.
