Clinical Nurse Recruiter
Wheeler Staffing Partners is hiring a Clinical Nurse Recruiter with a healthcare client in the Fayetteville, NC area.
The Clinical Nurse Recruiter is responsible for developing and administering a comprehensive Recruitment Program for the health system.
This program includes responsibility for recruitment of nursing and allied health staff.
The client is a privately held organization with over 60 years of industry experience.
The company focuses on the Hospital & Health Care sector and is headquartered in Fayetteville, NC.
Qualifications:
Two years of previous Recruiting experience for acute care, hospital hiring and previous Nurse recruitment experience.
Healthcare Recruiting experience preferred.
Experience in a human resource function with experience in hiring procedures preferred.
A minimum of two years clerical/secretary experience required.
Computer data entry experience with emphasis on report structure.
Computer data entry experience with emphasis on report structure.
Experience in ATS, Word, Excel and Access database programs.
Numerical ability is required to prepare and interpret statistical reports.
Ability to present in a professional manner to groups.
Ability to collect, organize and interpret data from personal interview, application forms, and letters of recommendation, to assist in making proper placement.
Requires knowledge of applicable computer applications, (i.
e.
applicant tracking systems).
Required Education, Licenses, and Certifications:
Associate's or Bachelor's Degree Human Resources, Business Administration, Marketing/Communication or related field required or currently pursuing.
A combination of work experience and education to include a minimum of 2 years recruitment related experience in a fast-paced corporate environment may be considered.
High School Diploma or GED WSP specializes in filling your company's contract, contract-to-hire, direct hire, contingency, and executive positions with professional candidates.
